S&J Kitchen Curators and Services LLP is a growing food and hospitality venture focused on building scalable food-service brands across cloud kitchens, takeaway, and specialized chef services.
The company currently operates and is developing three distinct brands:
Delicias – Takeaway and Cloud Kitchen, offering a diverse range of food across multiple cuisines.
Tasty Fingers – A Cloud Kitchen brand designed to cater to the growing online food delivery market.
The Walk-in Chef – An upcoming chef-services concept focused on providing professional chefs for house parties, private gatherings, and personalized dining experiences.
We are looking for a strategic business partner who shares our vision of building and scaling sustainable food-service brands.
The ideal partner would bring investment capital to support business growth and working capital requirements, while also having the opportunity to actively participate in the strategic development of the business.
The proposed investment would primarily be utilized towards strengthening existing cloud kitchen operations, marketing and customer acquisition, technology and online-platform visibility, working capital, operational infrastructure, brand development, and expansion into new markets and revenue channels.
Beyond financial investment, we welcome a partner who can contribute through business strategy, industry connections, marketing expertise, technology, expansion planning, or operational knowledge.
Our objective is not merely to raise capital, but to establish a long-term business partnership with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, investment terms, ownership structure, and growth objectives that are mutually beneficial.
With our existing operational foundation and multiple brands positioned across different segments of the food-service industry, we believe there is significant potential to strengthen the current business, expand our customer reach, develop additional revenue streams, and progressively scale the S&J Kitchen Curators and Services LLP portfolio.
